I took part in a profound ceremony that involved digging my own grave and then spending the night in it. Once in, it was covered with planks, tarpaulin and then earth. The idea was to meet one’s own death and to reflect on life – a transition and rebirth. I spent the night singing! Very moving and profound experience.
